libsieve2-1 software package provides a library for parsing, sorting and filtering your mail, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsieve2-1
libsieve2-1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsieve2-1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsieve2-1 *
You will get with libsieve2-1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
